The person identified themselves as a relator. They make u full out a $200 application fee to view the apartment. Once they get the money and eveything is approved they email you about a viewing date. Before the viewing date they will force you to make a security deposit of half the rent. As the days go by more money will be asked. They say things like the landlord wants payment to take the least off the market. On the day of the schedule viewing they give you a run around about even viewing the apartment. They want the other half of payment without you even seeing the apartment.
