Ad posted in Instagram. I placed and order. The shipment shows as delivered but once I emailed the company because the package did not arrive, they stopped responding and the emails eventually bounced back as undeliverable.

I purchased 6 Yankee Candles from a facebook ad offering free shipping and handling if I purchased $25 or more and I would receive my merchandise within 6-10 business days. The first of December I emailed them about my purchase to find there was no domain for the business.

saw ad online and clicked on it and made a purchase. I even googled them first and was directed to commentary stating that they are an over stock warehouse and the items they are selling are able to be sold at a discount so they can cut losses and carrying costs. I received an order confirmation but no shipping confirmations. When i emailed them to inquire, they replied with shipping info and a tracking #. The package never arrived and now when i attempt to contact them, i have been blocked.

I experienced the exact same thing as the previous person. When i contacted the company i received an email saying i needed to wait 7 to 15 days. After 25 days i tried to contact them and the web site is gone.

Amount of $42.91 posted on 11/28/2023 on Credit Card Account Summary; newinyee.com as a clothing merchandise in Colorado. Contact Number 7194092973 no answer when call attempted. Ad on FB showing a Ravensburger jigsaw puzzle via Amazon for a warehouse close-out sale after Black Friday weekend with free shipping with minimum amount ordered of $40. Error showing when attempted checkout which I presumed did not go through until seen on account summary. No receipt or information received from the supposed company.

They advertised what appeared to be through Walmart. MY wife trusted it, then I thought it was ok placing a separate order myself. It has been 11 days since placing orders with no shipping updates or receipt with product listings.
