Working as the escrow agent with Diamon Elite Realty Corp for the sale of my timeshare property in Mexico, This company set up an escrow account with a Mexican bank for this transaction. After the sales contract was signed, the agent and the representative from this escrow company made several requests for additional payments, the funds were to be matched by the buyer and put into the escrow account for reimbursement at the closing. After the fourth request for additional funds, I forwarded all of the documents to a Mexican Law Firm for review and they advised that all of the documents were fake and the process was fraudulent.

I requested the return of the funds I already paid and to cancel the process, I have no response from all of the parties involved.
