I filled out an online form that appeared as though it was for a local asphalt paving company. It was actually a lead generating company and my information, email, phone etc., was passed on to a company called Asphalt Paving Services. A man called from a company called Asphalt Paving Service, calling from a Kansas City number. His caller ID showed his name was John Mesker (816-301-9555). This number matches the one he has listed on his website. http://www.kcasphaltpavingservice.com/contact/. He attempted to get me to hire him to repair my driveway, saying he could have a crew there in the next day or so, and quoting me somewhere between $6000 and $10,000.

I googled John Mesker and he has an extensive criminal and civil suit record of scamming people with asphalt paving services.

Networx sent an email the following day, asking me if I was satisfied with the contact. Clicking on the link for Asphalt Paving Services took me to a site in Fort Worth, TX. I called the number there and the person on the message was the same voice as the man who called me. I called Networx right away to report them. The guy on that call took my information. I followed up with them the next day and have heard nothing back from Networx.
