Netspend all - Access money scam

3 months ago I helped set my son up and that spent all access card so he can take his driving lessons we put $200 on the card and everything was fine. shortly after he taking out money for his first driver's test his card was frozen and he got an email saying that someone other than himself tried to use his card so they froze his account. NetSpend all access says they cannot unfreeze his card unless he sends in a copy of his ID. a copy of his social security card. and a of our utility bill. we were also told that if he got a new NetSpend card that we could activated it he would be able to move money from the old card to the new card we tried doing that and again we were told that the only way they could further proceed with the process as if he basically sent in identity theft package to them! which will contain a copy of his ID. a copy of his Social and a copy of our utility bill. and I told the lady on the phone I that I was told this could be fixed all that was needed was for us to get a new card and we could fix this problem she says that her computer system will not let her go any further unless we send in those documents that's when I told her well I guess I'm going to file a scam report! because I've had credit cards for years and have never had to give out any of those kind of information they are refusing to unfreeze the card but every month are still taking off $5 fees so they're slowly taking my son's money! is anything whoever is reading this report can do to help please! email me I would love to really stick it to NetSpend all access for what they've done to my son and probably too many other people out there too?

Type of a scam Identity Theft

Someone opened a bank account in my name and sent me a debit card to activate. When I tried calling Netspend there were no options to talk to a representative just options for activating the card. So I tried calling Metabank since they are affiliated and there was just a message that all their representatives are too busy so call back at another time. This is definitely fraud and unauthorized on my part. They need to be stopped!
