I was contracted by NetDzire to perform a WiFi survey, with the scope of work and compensation terms clearly outlined and agreed upon in advance. This agreement is documented through written correspondence, including emails and WhatsApp messages. Upon completing the agreed-upon work, NetDzire has failed to compensate me as promised. After the completion of the project, the company has attempted to unilaterally alter the original terms of our agreement and is now citing these post hoc changes as justification for withholding payment. I am requesting the Wage and Hour Division’s assistance in resolving this matter and securing the compensation I am owed.
