I purchased some Luis Vuitton Tennis shoes got charged over $150 transaction went through and no merchandise sent .

I ordered sneakers as a birthday gift, which I initially found via a search for a specific sneaker. Image results came up. I clicked to purchase. I paid via Paypal. Everything seemed fine. I received an email confirmation of my order, then a shipping confirmation of my order, which accurately showed the delivery address to Los Angeles. The package was sent via UPS, who then turned it over to the USPS. I tracked the delivery. Everything appeared to be correct. The package was out to delivery. Then, I got a notice that said the package was delivered -- to IRVINE, CA. I first called UPS "customer service," which was utterly useless. Then I called USPS, who confirmed that the delivery address on the package WAS Irvine, despite the confirmed mailing address sent to me by the company. Also, they told me the package weighed less than 12 ounces, so it was definitely not sneakers. The vendor responded to my complaint by simply sending me a logo with their "customer service" numbers. No other message. The first number, a 929 area code, answered "566, boom, boom, boom, boom" and then cut off, and read "user busy." The second number, a 267 number, just rang and rang. [censored]. I found this company by searching for a specific kind of sneakers, but their website, which I only saw after the fact, lists six T-shirts for sale, nothing else. Avoid this company like the plague. I've put in a complaint to PayPal to try and get my money back, but it will take 60 days. The post office told me that there are a LOT of PayPal scams going around right now.
