Neofoyr took our unused credits and projects and wants us to pay again

This company, NEOFOYR (www.neofoyr.com), allows the user to buy credits to use for rendering drawings. My company paid for the credits to use, a total of $600. After a year, all of our credits were not used and we had well over 1,000 credits left. NEOFOYR took away all of our credits and took away all the projects we worked on and is forcing us buy again. When money is exchanged, a company should have what they paid for. This is a company that is based in INDIA. I tried to contact them at [email protected] but got no resolution.

Fraudulent company only accessing money and not giving the user what they paid for.
