Neobo and Associates Reports & Reviews (1)

I was initially called by a man asking me if I was going to be home to receive court papers. When I said no, he said that he couldn't be there after 5 and that I would have to call the law offices of Neobo and [censored] to reschedule the delivery. I called the 833-354-5120 number and gave them the ref # that the man also gave me. Nina Parker, who was the associate put me on hold to look up my case, she had my first and last name, the address where I currently reside and the last 4 of my SS#. She didn't give me an option to reschedule, she rattled off that I had a debt of $2188.76 (originally 1500) and court costs of $3500 on top of that. I was being sued for fraud, and they had been trying to reach me for many years, the latest being sent something in January. I told her that I never received anything, and I had no idea what this could be from. Nina told me it was from a fifth/third cc from 2006. I told her that I didn't think I owed anything and that I didn't have that kind of money to pay anything off. She asked if I could just pay the $2188.76, when I told her no, she said that I couldn't be put on a payment plan unless I paid at least 25% today. I told her I would have to call her back and then she told me that I only had an hour to call back and resolve this or there was nothing she could do. I looked at my local courthouse and there are no judgements against me. This is a SCAM!
