Needream advertises on Facebook and other sites. Their ad states they guarantee free returns. My order arrived late after I paid for expedited shipping. The clothing was poor quality, wrong sizes, cheap material. Attempts to return order not honored. Needream does not have a phone number and when I finally got a response from their support email address, they claimed that my order was not from their company and they would not provide me with a return shipping address. After stating that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and dispute their debit card payment, they sent me an address in China to return items. The shipping fee for this return was $75.00 US dollars!! There business is advertised as a US company!! DO NOT ORDER FROM Needream. It is a scam!!!!
