I saw on facebook,it looked legitimate,the wording was in English language no clue to give as foreign country,like others they gave 2 tracking#s that never worked,when i emailed the response they got more orders than supply! lot of excuses back and forth in bad grammar and language!! i than realized it was not American company.it took 2 mos to receive the sparkle sneakers that dont look as advertised.plus they didnt fit! these are not US sizes as it claims in advertisement! so i told them its false ad and was told "i got what i ordered"! they did not offer refund or exchange.yes Asian company,i contact ed pay pal,who got resolution for them to refund me $44.94 ,only problem now is that they want it sent back to Vietnam and PO said $68 ship cost!! thats more than the product and its worth, i will be losing money dealing overseas,i would NOT have purchased these had i known its from Asian territory,they seem to always cheat and sneaky and no customer satisfaction just GREED. this company came out falsely and now took their website down! SCAMMERS Nedi stores, i never had online issues b4,mostly US companies i order frm and thought this was one also.they did not show foreign address on FB .DO NOT order these sparkle sneakers ,we need to send a message,will not tolerate these foreign companies deceitfulness.FB needs to check these complaints and get them off fB,people are losing money under false contents.I want my Full refund ad they shld pay the shipping/tax,i didnt get what they offered

This is a fraudulent online merchant. They scam you into purchasing and never delivering your order. They go so far as to email you with a tracking number(which is always pending) and fake email from paypal with receipt of your payment to nedistore. The only contact information they give you is [email protected] to which you never receive a response.

An elderly family member with dementia was on Facebook on my phone. In a matter of minutes he somehow bought a "toy bat". He is not sure how he got to that and did not understand how he did so. It went through my PayPal. I contacted them immediately to cancel the order and get it refunded as it was not authorized by me. I tried the phone and both attempts went straight to the dial tone. I tried email next and recieved a reply from a "Linda". I was told I would have to wait for the item because in a few minutes it was already shipped. That was highly suspicious and further research told me that item would likely never come. Ergo, no way to return to receive my money back. I feel this was highly predatory and unacceptable that an order that was just made was already shipping.

I found an item online through google search that led me to nedistore.com. The item I ordered seemed legit, and the product had numerous customer reviews showing the image of the product I was interested in purchasing. I placed my order on June 28, 2019 and with in 24-48 hours my bank account was charged for the item I ordered. On Thursday, July 4th, at 1230 am, I was sent an email stating that my order had been processed and was sent an order number, and a tracking number for my product. Upon checking the tracking number on the their website, it said please allow 12-14 business days for the tacking number to be updated, as domestic packages typically take a little longer. The shipping company used goes my SF Express. I can not find any information for this shipping company that was used by Nedi Store. I've sent at least 4 emails. All emails say they are from Linda from [email protected], however the emails are not signed by a Linda, they are signed by a Mary, or Dina. The emails are sent to me between 12am-1am eastern time. I have tried to call the number listed on the website and it is a non working number. Upon requesting to speak to an actual person, I am denied. They reassure me they have contacted the shipping company but refuse to give me a correct number, or respond to me in a timely manor. They use paypal to process the orders. I spent nearly an hour on the phone yesterday with paypal and got no where. I talked to an actual person for 5 mins and was transferred to the claims department where I was put on hold for nearly 45 minutes, and still never got to talk to a person. I've contacted my bank, and their isn't much they can do because I placed the order. Below I have attached the emails I've been sent, along with my order, and the tracking information. Upon doing research, and taking to social media, many people have been scammed by this company. They either do not receive the product they ordered, or receive something of very poor quality that is nothing like what they have order. Please be aware, as they have gotten me for mearly $35.00. Some people have spent more. I have made many attempts to contact this store, and have only been successful through email, each time they reassure me that theyve contacted the shipping company and have not obtained any information from SF Express. Please be aware when you shop online, and when giving out your personal information. I hope that my story can prevent this from happening to someone else.

Emailed them July 5, 12, 19 with some emails back blaming shipping then telling me to be patient, etc. As of July 19 I have received no replacement figurine or no refund like I have asked for... repeatedly.

My boyfriend ordered a lamp from this website in June. We still have not received the item or an email saying it has shipped. We have contacted the company support and haven't even heard back from that. The website says shipping is usually 7-10 days, we're going on 25 days and like I said, we've never received an email saying it has been shipped with a tracking number. The money has definitely been taken out of his bank though!

This store was advertised on Facebook offering Funko Pop exclusive figures. Ordered 2 figures in May of 2019, when the figures didn't arrive in June of 2019, sent an email. Got a reply: "Item in high demand...need more time..."

July 2019 STILL haven't heard back and still haven't gotten the product. I am doubting that I am going to now. I don't know how I'm going to get a refund, either. Super frustrating.

I ordered a gift for my son throughout nedi store. I found their ad online. This order was made on June 10th of this year. When I reached out to them about the tracking code, the person said they were experiencing some delays. I requested my money back and they said they couldn’t do it, to wait until the product arrived and then I could return it. It’s now July 11th and the tracking code now says expired. ??? Horrible business.

Saw a Facebook ad for a pipe that I wanted. When you clicked on the link to the site, it said only a few left in stock, however we knew this was a marketing tactic because it gave a vastly different number every separate time you clicked on the link. Purchased the item and immediately got an email saying that my order had been processed and that I would receive an email when my order was shipped. That email never came. It's been a month and I have received nothing, even though their website indicates orders will be received in 10-15 days. After a month of waiting, I filled out a contact form, where they say they will respond within 1-2 business days. The only email I received back was immediately after I had submitted the form and all it said was, "Thank you for your contact!" There were no graphics in the email, or even the store name. I still have not heard back and it has been five days.
