Nermin Buljubasic owns and operates a Loan Signing Notary service out of Mountlake Terrace Washington in the greater Seattle area. However, his business NB Notaries LLC will hire out and contract legally certified Notaries across the United States to execute legitimate real estate loan transactions. However NB Notaries LLC has no current working number, does not answer emails and communications and does not pay its contractors for services rendered.

They have a history of not paying their contractors dating at least back to 2022, and possibly longer.
