When I called the number on the email...+1 844-(4010-182)...and spoke to someone with a heavy accent...I was told that I had to go to my computer to cancel the order..told him I did not have my computer at this time...then told me he would cancel the order...told him I was going to report this order as SCAM...immediately hung up..have to check all my credit cards to make sure there is no charge for this amount...responded to the email..told him I was reporting this order, and they would be found out...and held liable for this scam...put that in the reply to his email.

I purchased a couple of purifying charcoal bags sometime several years back. I have never purchased them again. This email is confirming an order "I placed" yesterday, for 12 sets @ 365.83 plus 4.32 shipping and tax= $370.15. It says we appreciate you maintaining an active Nature Fresh membership. The email gives me a receipt number 803-928-EFN and says this charge will hit my account within 48 hours. The email is from Uma xik, sent to Uma xik, Bcc to me. Then it says, "This email is proof that you renewed your subscription. $370.15 is the cost of your Mulberry pillowcase subscription." I don't have any idea what this is describing. They say "You can contact us if you have any questions about the amount of your invoice."
I called my bank to let them know not to pay this and I don't think it will be actually charged to my account. I didn't open the email or call the number given. I deleted the email. I did also report this to the FTC. Thank you.
