This is Jade contacting with nationwide state processing in regards to a delivery of summons tied to your name and social security number. I am on schedule to come out tomorrow between one and 3 PM to the home residence. Please make sure that you are available with 2 valid forms of state issued ID, and I will need to take pictures of any vehicles on the premises. If you wish to avoid any further penalties either yourself or your representing attorney, need to contact the filing party. That number has been listed on all documentation as 585 250-7167. If a release order is not obtained, all documentation will be marked as a direct refusal.

Threatening calls about defaulted loan with Credit Fresh

They called myself and my husband regarding a defaulted loan with credit fresh. They attempted to threaten and intimidate me by saying they would show up at my house, take pictures of my car my social security number and anything of value.

They harassed my husband at work, and scared both of us to death. My husband has hypertension, and he got very worked up. This is not good for him or his blood pressure. What they're doing is illegal.
