Nationwide retention is a scam ! They contacted me a few months back stating they can help me with a mortgage modification told me I had to pay 1897 for 3 months till the process was done. They tell me not to contact my mortgage company that they will call me if anything else is needed. After the three months were done I contact my mortgage company because nationwide was not returning my calls and I find out the whole thing is a scam through my mortgage company. I lost a total of 6500 dollars in those three months and the modification was all a lie.
