This was the transcript from a voice mail left for me today Friday March 1, 2024.. “This message is for (mentioned my name), my name is Elizabeth and I'm with process verification . I'm calling in regards to a civil complaint that scheduled to be filed for out of century county that firm report of a 30 day notice . I was mailed to your home residence at xxxxxx St. If you have concerns regarding this matter being taken out against you, or if you did not receive those documents at the home residence. You need to contact the issuing office immediately at 8 8 8 7 5 4. 3 0 7 4 providing the following reference number C as in Charles V as in Victor , 1 2 6 3 9 7 failure to respond may result in illegal decisions without your acknowledgment or participation. You have notified!

Phone call threats

Message left of intent of court collection with civil complaint against persons to show up at address from a debt in early 2000’s that had been resolved and removed in prior divorce (2009) proceedings so zero clue. Also lest case number and a 1888 number to call back

Guy left a message that I had a legal issue and this was their last try at trying to contact me. If I did not call back within 24 hours I would be arrested call back now or else. They even went so far as to call my mother so she called me in a panic. Such BS

Nationwide Legal called from 512-580-4614 saying that I would be arrest for two check back in 2011 & 2012 that bounced. They claimed that since the amount was over $150 that it would be a felony. They claimed that they send me documents, but I never got it and they refused to tell me about it. They have my full Social Security number. They claimed to be lawyers in Texas.

I checked my credit report and banking statement and found nothing about what they're talking about.
