Received a letter saying if I didn’t respond in 5 days or by march 3rd my vehicle wouldn’t be eligible for its warranty. The paper had no return address for the scammer, only a phone number and a QR code saying to scan to call to give them my VIN and mileage. On the back it has a “pre screen and opt-out notice” saying this is based off of information on my credit report. It says to call 888-567-8688 or to send contact Equifax at P.O. Box 740123, Atlanta, GA 30374, or Transunion at P.O. Box 505, Woodlyn, PA 19094. The name signed on the front of the letter is “Paul Friedrick, Program Coordinator, National Vehicle Headquarters”
