A representative of National Fire & Safety Co. showed up at our location, and asked one of our office personal their name. Which was then provided. They lead us to believe an inspection had been ordered by our leasing management who schedules sprinkler (safety) inspections. Because we thought that our leasing office management had ordered the inspection, we proceeded to show them the sprinkler system in our warehouse (5 minutes). This so called inspection was NOT something we had ordered, and was NOT ordered from the leasing office of our facility location. They only provide our office personal name as to whom ordered/authorized the sprinkler inspection.

National Fire & Safety Co. keeps harassing us with past due invoice mailings (4), and now a statement saying they will contribute this non payment information to the TRW Credit Corporation. I've called (877) 893-3473 twice. The receptionist/answering service wants to know why you called. When you ask to talk with a manager, none is available. They push you to leave a voicemail, where you can leave a message. Which I have done so, explaining the reason for non payment. At this time, in my opinion, this is a Scam, unless otherwise proven
