Type of a scam Debt Collections

As a senior citizen I have been hounded by debt collector repeatedly. I have had to get a lawyer and I have initiated at least one District Attorney investigation. Now I have been getting daily calls from National Enterprise Systems. I am led to understand this is a debt collection issue. I have examined my credit reports from all three credit bureaus and I do not owe money to anyone I already know about and I am in good standing with all of them.

I refuse to talk directly with these people so I do not know the quantity of money they likely say I know. They don't seem to know my name and, in my opinion, are once again trying to scare me or run me down so I will finally give in and pay them for a debt I do not have.

I do not know how on earth National Enterprise Systems, are claiming that I owe the original lender, FIRST USA BANK NA, showing two outstanding accounts; One account: ending in 1569 for $4,345.97, the second: for $42,353.45 ending in 4011. I swear under oath I have never requested a loan or the use of credit cards from that bank.

Also I have being getting daily calls from the following numbers: 1-800-882-9325 and from a local number: 281-519-1330. Of course, I do not answer those calls.

Got a phone call from National Enterprise Systems, a debt collection agency. I didn't answer but they left a message on my answering machine and their phone number appeared on my Caller ID. I did not return their call but the message indicated it was "very important" that I do. I have no outstanding debts and resent these constant phone calls.
