A person claiming to work for National Dispatch Courier Services called me twice. They stated that another company, whose name went unsaid, wanted to send me legal documents via a process server, but they couldn't without my address or signature. They then gave me a phone and account number for this company so they could collect my address and signature. Upon receiving this information, they then could mail me the legal documents. It is telling that the "courier company" was calling me on behalf of a process service because they didn't have my address, and needed my signature.

I hope this helps someone avoid getting scammed.
