Caller said “Hi this is *im from *** business” in a very quiet voice, to the point where I thought she said it was ‘Tim’ not ‘Kim’ and I could not hear anything else other than business after that. Thinking it was one of our clients, I asked who it was to get the name clarified, then she said “kim, from national business” in a more clear and loud voice. Then she followed by saying, “can you hear me?”.

I said “yes” and then she hung up. That’s when I realized it was probably a scam. The scammer called my business line.
