an online retailer. I never received my product. I called them, I emailed them and never got a response. I then saw a number of complaints against them on the ScamPulse.com web page . This is obviously a fraudulent
company, but even as I write this they are still selling product on the internet.

electronics, pet items, and toys. There are pictures of each item and full descriptions. I ordered a
board game on Dec. 2 2019 for $12.99. My credit card was promptly charged, and I received an email
receipt for the order immediately after it was placed. The email said that I would receive further
tracking information when the item shipped. Everything seemed perfectly legitimate. There is also a
tracking feature on the website that I could use with my order number. More than a week after I placed
the order, the website tracker finally showed that my order had shipped, but I received no further
tracking information by email. The item has never arrived, no updates have been provided, and it has
been almost a month since I ordered. I sent several emails to the orders email listed on the website
and also made several phone calls to inquire about my order. I received no response from either
method. The phone number automatically rings into an answering machine and calls are never
returned. After trying to contact the company, I completed further research on the Better Business
Bureau website and found a variety of reviews there detailing similar customer experiences.
There is also a note on the ScamPulse.com listing from the US Postal Service who attempted to send mail there in
October 2019. The mail was returned and thus it is believed that this company may be out of
business. Two different mailing addresses from the one listed on the NASEY website are also posted
on the ScamPulse.com website. (30 N Gould St Ste 10020 Sheridan, WY 82801-6317. ) OR (412 N Main St Ste
100 Buffalo, WY 82834-1761). I Google Mapped both of the WY addresses as well as the Indiana address from the website (25883 N Park Ave. Elkhart, Indiana (USA). The satellite images from the Google Map search show no
evidence of any business by this name in the surrounding area. It angers me that this website is
still accepting and able to process sales for products that it doesn't intend to deliver. Thankfully, I was able to open a dispute case with my credit card company in order to recoup the money that I paid.
