I placed an order on 11/27/20 and still have not received my order! I have attempted numerous times to contact the owner via email and Instagram and received no response. At this point I want a refund, I do wish to support a business owner like her! Hopefully something comes from this complaint because my next step is a charge back!

I purchased this item on November 27 2020 an still have not received it. The owner does not reply to emails or messages. She turned off all of the comments on the product Instagram page and her personal Instagram page so no one can ask her when they will get their products. I have sent emails several times with my order number asking for an update that go unanswered. I will never again order from her because the customer service is horrible. If you cannot run a business then get people to help you to avoid customer complaints and service issues. I am now trying to get a refund through PayPal since she won’t respond.

I placed an order on April 25th and I still haven’t received my order. I reached out several times and no response. In June the owner finally responded and stated that she would refund me my money. She didn’t apologize for not sending the product or the poor service . It is now August and I have not received my refund or the product. This company is stealing money from people and it’s sad. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

I filed a complaint through PayPal and THAT NIGHT they sent my products. It had almost been a month.

Do not buy! I used once and my scalp started itching and burning - almost like a relaxer. She refuses to disclose the ingredient list. Other brands like Carols Daughter have good protein masks.

I ordered hair products from this “company” called Nasara Organics on 6/15/2020. This “company” took $75.50 off my debit card the very same day. I received an email thanking me for my purchase. The second email contained a tracking number but when i called the USPS, I was told that they have no information about any packages with that tracking number. When I tried contacting someone via email/internet messaging several times, no one has replied as of yet and today’s date is 7/2/2020. The person who owns this fraudulent business is Nakyah Elijah. I’ve requested many times For her to just Simply refund my money but Of course that did not happen because she’s a fraud!!!!

I ordered product on April 24th it is now June 12 and I still have not received my order . I emailed them several times and no response. I paid $45 for product and still haven’t gotten it. They are very unprofessional and the customer service sucks badly. I feel like I’m been scammed. Then she turned her comments off on social media so that no one can post negative comments. Beware this company is a fraud!

I ordered $120 worth of products including overnight shipping March 14th. On March 19 got an email saying it was shipped out after I commented on her page questioning where my package was. Today, April 4, no product. I sent a dm on her Instagram @khyelijah requesting a refund in which she stated there are no refunds. Then she blocked me. Me and some other angry ladies who also didn't receive their products or got them months later only after complaining all also got blocked. I just want to know what kind of game this little girl playing. Why do some women get their stuff but others don't?? And if u go on her @nasaraorganics ig page, u see she turned off EVERY single comment thats so negative comments can't be posted. I want my money back!!!!!!! Taking advantage of people with real hair issues!!!
