I clicked on an ad on Facebook for Project Cloud shoes. I ordered 2 pairs plus another 2 small items to qualify for free shipping. They provided a tracking number. Eventually the tracking number listed it as delivered and I reached out to notify them the package was not delivered. I asked which delivery service was used and they could not answer that. They corresponded via email with the customer service email as follows [email protected].

They said a new shipment was being sent and the very same thing happened again. I asked for a refund and the correspondence stopped from the customer service email.
