I have read some other reviews and many people are having issues with Namecheap, since I started with them I have had secure problems with them on the sites and emails and they do not work or perform, I even purchased a server type of platform and they take my money every month yet the site nor emails work making me lose money.

I purchased a domain for a year at a cost of $9.00 and was late on renewing the domain by 60 days. They then informed me that it would be an additional cost of $88 to reinstate the domain and if I didn't pay, my domain would be auctioned off.
