I was on FB and tried this face scan, for fun, it was 6.99, then they charged me an additional 2.99 for whatever reason. I NEVER received any PDF or email with the results. Then I received a charge for 49.99 for a monthly app fee. I never signed up for anything! I have sent 4 emails, with one response stating they are working on my cancellation but I was still charged the 49.99. I cannot find anywhere else to connect with these people. They have my number and charging me. I have contacted my card holder as well.
