I purchased the MysteryChick box online using my credit card. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them to inquire about the delivery date, their "Let's Chat" feature remained unanswered, and my emails went unread. When I attempted to track the box using FedEx, I discovered that MysteryChick had changed my address to another city and zip code, rendering it impossible for FedEx to locate me. Consequently, the box was returned to the company. Subsequently, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge since I did not receive the merchandise, but unfortunately, they were unable to refund my money due to MysteryChick's strict No Refunds Policy. Despite my repeated attempts to inform them of THEIR error, it seems that their customer service is entirely automated and unresponsive.
