I purchased a 3 month supply of pills, then they said it was an automatic monthly subscription. I cancelled the subscription and got an email confirmation. But then the next month (yesterday, April 12), I got an email stating my shipment and billing was complete. My credit card charge is now pending. I have emailed them and called numerous times. No reply. Robot answering machine that disconnects, and no reply to emails.

I purchased their product from MyNuora.com on 03/11/26 and I got a notification that my order was shipped 03/12/26. I tried tranking my item and their tracking service says there is no history of my order. I tried reaching out to the company via [email protected] 3 times with no response back. I lost $49.00.

Saw this post on Facebook recommending NUORA from the website mynuora.com as a supplement. Pay for it, got a confirmation email from [email protected] and a tracking number that never show any progress after several days. They put you under “automated subscription” without your consent and then never sent the product. After the fact I came a cross several complaints about the same. They are even “selling” on AMAZON so buyers be aware it’s a SCAM! They took your money, $59.00, and never send anything

I just ordered only once time from MyNuora.com. But they changed it to be auto refill without let me know. Placing the order without my permission. I sent Evelyn, the founder, an email at [email protected] to cancel in lesser than an hour after I got her confirmation order email. She was insisted to cancel my order and kept sending me an email in 2 days after that said the product was shipping. She offered to refund only %10 the amount. After I told her I would file a complaint about her business to ScamPulse.com and she asked my order number to look into it. It is totally a scam. I lost $58.99.

BEWARE AND DONOT BUY FROM NUORA from MyNuora.com!! Ordered on February 10, 2026, it is now February 24, 2026. The $60 for the product was paid and tracking/shipping hasn’t moved. Attempts to call were unsuccessful and they have not answered any emails sent to [email protected]. They tried to pull more money but luckily the fraud center shut down the charge.

Placed order with Mynuora.com and didnt seem like it all came so I called and the number says we can’t answer your call. So I looked into this company further and sounds like a scam. I emailed them at [email protected] 3 times for a return label so I can send the products back and they aren’t responding. They say email will be answered in 24 hours. Many complaints in this company. I just want credited for the order I placed, which was for $39.08, and to be able to return it and make sure they don’t send anything further.
