I originally placed an order with them in December of 2025. On that order, I accidentally added some extra bags that I did not want. I reached out to them right away to have those removed, but never heard from them. About a month later, the order still had not shipped. I had to reach out 3 times to finally hear back from them. They cancelled the order and refunded my money. Now I am being charged for a subscription that I did not know I had. I tried calling their phone number, and it sent me to someone talking about saving money.
