The item claimed to reduce flabby arms, and they make you look at multiple windows before your order clears, you do not get to see the total and approve the final order. You call to cancel and get the run around, They say it is against policy to accept a cancellation or returns, It sounds fishy. They gave me a partial refund and will not let me make a return to get the rest of my money back, Now they want me to accept some more product instead of a refund.

They told me they have a policy not to take cancellations and could only give me half my money back, then later or we can't due a return because you took a half return, they acted like that was my only option and now oh we can't now. High pressure unfair business practices.
