I purchased a baby bearded dragon online for $280. The seller represented that the purchase price included shipping. After I paid, I was contacted by a purported shipping company called UCE Shipping Agency from (740) 810-6827. They demanded a $200 'refundable insurance fee' before delivery. I did not pay this fee. I requested cancellation and a refund from the seller. The seller initially acknowledged the cancellation but subsequently refused the refund and pressured me to pay an additional $100 toward the insurance fee. The supposed shipping company also refused to recognize my cancellation and told me I 'can't' cancel and must pay the refundable insurance fee before delivery. I have screenshots of the entire transaction, payment records, messages, and refund request.
