Hello, this lady is a travel agent and we started payments with her in June 2026 for our trip October 2026. Our payments ended August 2026, that was our last payment. She told us she was booking flights and everything. About 3, 4 weeks before trip we asked for confirmation for our flights and resort and she didn't have anything to show us. She stood us up and kept giving excuses. So we started to ask for a refund and she stated she would be giving us our refund a couple days later. She got almost 9,000 out of all of us and she still hasn't gave us a refund. We been contacting her now she won't answer no one at all, she won't give anyone their money back, it's no communication or anything. So we just lost about 1,500 a person.
