Wrong Gregory Adams was the gentleman I spoke with gave me all of the info that my Mortgage company would have had. So I went and got 3 American Express money cards so I could set up this modification they even went as far as to text me the case number and a conformation number.
When I didn't get an email I called back to Mr. Cooper to find out they had no record of any of this so I called right back to the direct number and Gregory answered and said he was sorry he would have the lawyer he had been working with get it right out. STILL WAITING ON THAT... Contacted the police. Also called AMERICAN EXPRESS to stop payment I did not authorize a payment to ANDERSON PCC MEDIA I was informed they hadn't funded it yet but there was a hold on it and they would have to wait for them to take the money before they can do anything UNBELIEVABLE. SO all I can do is wait and see if they collect the money . hope and pray I guess
