Since then, the person represented themself as a property manager failed to address many responsibilities to maintain the building. Ms. Anoshechkina makes the payment on behalf of the renters, although no one of the renters gave her authority to do so either orally or in writing.
The following of our requests and demands were rejected by Ms. Anoshechkina:
1. Provide us with any documented evidence of Ms. Anoshechkina's authority and relations with MPM .
2. Provide us with the bank account statements for the money MPM got on our behalf from us or any other person as rent payments.
3. To deliver our complaints and claims to the CEO of MPM.
Some of the most flagrant violations:
1. Ms. Anoshechkina rents separate rooms of building apartments to different people, signing different contacts with tenants. In some apartments, there are 3 families that live in 3 bedrooms. They signed contracts at different times, for different terms, with different payments for rooms. However, several days ago they got eviction notices for all 6 tenants, like they are the 6 people who live there under one contract, but there are 3 different contracts exist.
2. Ms. Anoshechkina spreads segregation and discrimination between tenants, renting rooms in her apartments from $1066 (for Americans) to $2450 for one room (for non-Americans).
3. Ms. Anoshechkina fails to address essential maintenance work, such as fixing non-working heaters.
4. Ms. Anoshechkina sues tenants every time they ask her to conduct the responsibilities she has in the contract.
7 families of our building decided to deliver their claims and complaints to the office business address specified in our contracts, 4354 Tradewinds Dr, Oxnard, California, 93035. After visiting the address we found out that there are no businesses registered there. We got the paper about this matter from the property management company managing the address 4354 Tradewinds Dr.
Therefore, now we suspect MPM and Ms. Anoshechkina in a criminal conspiracy, as well as in the fraudulent nature of their activities.
We filed a report to the police about inappropriate behavior of Ms. Anoshechkina. We filed a harassment report to the Housing Department. Now we are preparing a court case of more than 100 accusations against MPM and an anonymously mysterious person Ms. Anoshechkina represented themselves as a property manager and landlord on behalf of the company Mount Property Management, LLC.
To protect our consumer rights, we demanded from MPM and Ms. Anoshechkina our rent payment history. Instead of proof of rent payment history, tenants of our building got evictions and were served with court documents.
