I’m unsure where this company is based out of. I ordered a dress for $54. Once it arrived, I realized the quality is awful, the zipper doesn’t work, and I wanted to return it. I reached out to the merchant for a refund. It took them 3+ weeks to get back to me and have been giving me the runaround. No phone number either. They’re asking for photos of me in the dress to verify that I don’t like it, which is extremely rude and odd. They’re telling me that I’m gonna have to pay $60 to refund a $54 dress. It’s like their scam is to send out awful quality dresses, knowing that they aren’t going to refund the customer.

I placed an order for clothing from Moxidress after seeing their products advertised on social media. They promised shipping from an American location in 5-8 business days. It has been a month, I have never received my order, they keep stalling every time I email them by saying "it's about to ship". I'm reporting them to my credit card company.

I placed an order online through after seeing it on Facebook. I paid through Paypal. Money was taken buty never received any items or correspondance. They will not respond.

I bought 2 shirts for the Christm[censored]iday. I never recieved them. I emailed and asked company. They told me it was sent to the wrong address and that it was sent back to company. I was told when they receive it I would get it. I was then told it was too expensive to ship it back to me.

This company is a joke!

I purchased some clothing for this website. They promise fast shipping but I didn’t get it a month later after multiple emails to the company. There’s no phone number on their website. After received, the quality was so bad. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. I am trying to get this returned but they are being difficult getting a return label.

This company looks legit but upon further review they are fake.

They have no online presence and no customer service.

I ordered my coat from them over 3 weeks ago. Still has not shipped and no one has responded.

I mistakenly confused them with a well known boutique- moxi boutique. Please be ware moxi dress is not the same company.

Thankfully I used my credit card and will be letting them handle the fraud.

I ordered two dresses several weeks ago. Shipping was supposed to happen within 8-15 business days. It's still showing as not shipped. I've sent five emails requesting my order be cancelled and a refund issued since the items have not shipped and will not arrive on time. They continue to blame the pandemic for their slow processing time and ask me to keep waiting. I believe I would be waiting an eternity as nothing will ever come. I have been persistent in asking for a refund. They have offered $2 back for my inconvenience. Then offered $5 to cover the shipping. I have no product and am out almost $70. Terrible experience and will not order from Moxidress again. Pretty sure I was scammed and will never receive anything...

I ordered three dresses almost a month ago. Shipping was supposed to happen within 8-15 business days. It's still showing as not shipped. I've sent four emails now requesting assistance, requesting a call, then twice requesting a refund. I have heard nothing from them. There is no phone number to call and SIT ON THE LINE for, so HOW DO YOU GET YOUR ORDERED ITEMS OR YOUR MONEY BACK!?!?!?! Bad experience over all. Stick with Shein or Cupshe. They communicate, have good customer service, and take care of their shoppers. Moxidress is a joke so far. I will not make this mistake again.

Here is the return process they sent me in case anyone needs to use it. It took about 5 emails back and forth to get it.

Please do not order anything from Moxidress , they do not accept returns claiming shipping would cost too much and instead suggest giving the item away that you just spent $50 or more. They should be closed down, they are completely unethical .

Same story as other reviewers. Website claims you can return. When you email to return the item they told me I should "you need to pay shipping fee for returning which takes too much". The dress is light weight...it wouldn't cost nearly the $50 I spent on the dress to return it. THey do not honor returns and falsely lead their customers.

I ordered 3 items on 7/15/22 and finally received end of August. All 3 items looked nothing as nice as their items were shown on their website - terrible quality materials with poor workmanship. I promptly went to request a return to the [email protected] email provided on their website offering full returns. Many emails resulted in telling me it would cost more than my $90.64 order to return the items so I should just donate the items somewhere. 2nd email offered me $9 refund with no address to return my items. 3rd emails offered me $18 refund with no address to return my items and now no response at all. I have posted warnings on the Moxidress Facebook page to hope other don't send money to this company to only be disappointed but of course my comments are removed and I am blocked from commenting. Of course I can live without my $90.64 but I just think it is SO wrong to misrepresent a refund policy and try to screw people over - NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!

I ordered two dresses in February for a wedding at the end of April.
Not only did I receive the shipment more than two weeks later; after reaching out to them via email twice. The quality is total junk! These dresses were the quality of a Halloween costume. So disappointed - this company is NOT WORTH THE $$ - for quality or service! Please listen to the reviews, I wish I would have looked before I bought?

I ordered 3 outfits from Moxidress an online boutique, my credit card was immediately charged, that was 2 months and I never received my items. I have tried contacting, customer service, but no one will respond. Please do not do purchase from thic company!!
