Deceptive direct mail from "Motor Vehicle Services" impersonating DMV using their fonts and formatting, fake urgency, and a mock $199 check targeting my car year, make, and model to trick recipients into calling 1-888-307-3196 for an unauthorized extended warranty. Also uses the Lexus of Serramonte name.
