The tracking number is linked to a transport system that also requires payment in order to track your package. What is free will describe where your package is and that it's delivered with signature. But it will not — they will send you an email stating that your order was out of stock, then they will ask you to send 15 extra dollars to resend your order. Please keep in mind that this product is actually almost $700.00, not 27.00 or 30.00.
