I ordered a mask from Morra Beauty, I received confirmation emails and tracking emails from Morra Beauty. However when the mask arrived it was in unbranded packaging - direct from a Chinese vendor, with no Morra details or information. When I contacted Morra multiple times via their customer service email, and on their social media accounts I got no response. I believe this is a scam company sending out sub-par masks with no way to reach customer service. Their website claims you can email them to return your mask, but no one responds to their emails.
