I ordered from an ad through TikTok shop and it took me to a website to order the clothes during a sale. I placed the order 3/8/26 and got a tracking number. Time went by and it said it was delivered. I reached out to the company through email and they said it was delivered and offered to reship again. I agreed and the same thing happened. I reached out to the company another time, this time for a refund. They agreed to refund the money and I never got the money back or a response all together. I tried disputing through CHIME but they denied my request leaving me helpless.
