I ordered some clothes from a website. I ordered because they had a satisfaction guarantee and even stating they would ask no questions if you are unhappy. I was very unhappy and the day after I received the item I said I wanted to return. They said that wasn't possible but they would give me 30% of my money back. I said no. I even took screenshots of their policy and tried contacting them twice. They have never responded. I fear it's a scam and they are doing this to many people. It's less about my money and more about the embarrassingly low quality of clothes and money they are taking from people.
