I purchased from an online "boutique" named Minies Boutique and the two dresses arrived, one was great the other was awful and the website offers free returns which makes one think free returns. Once I processed a return I got all kinds of emails telling me it was too expensive to ship back because their warehouse was in China, however, NOWHERE on their website is this mentioned!! Instead, they offered me "multiple" items of my choosing on their site for "$18.99" however, I couldn't even SEE THE ITEMS until I paid for them. This is pure fraud!!! They won't refund me for the dress I want to return and are now not responding to emails. At this point, I'm going to dispute the charge on my credit card. DO NOT SHOP at MINIES Boutique; it's a fraudulent site!!!
