On June 16 2022 won auction for 2019 Tesla S model for $36,995.00 they had me wire transfer funds to chase Bank acct L&C Automotive as they had the lein and title on car. To be delivered on 6-30-22. No car no response. Turned it into to FBI and that was like giving Santa your Christmas list. I think there to busy looking into a knoose claim at Talladega speedway on a crime that never committed to look into this.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

On or about June 7 I was searching online to purchase a tractor. I found an ad for a 2012 John Deere 4720. The ad was listed by Milent Repo, LLC, Colorado Center Tower 2, Denver CO 80222, who represented that they were selling bank repossessed items including this tractor that would be sold at an online auction on Tuesday, June 14th. I was able to view multiple pictures (24 different ones) of the tractor and was given detailed information about it. Additionally I looked up reviews of Milent Repo LLC and found about 10 reviews, all positive except one that said they had heard something negative but had never personally dealt with them and could not remember what the negative thing was. I filled out a form to register to bid which required that I give up personal information including name, address, drivers license, DOB, address, email and cell phone. I made a bid of $14,200 on 6/14/22 and was notified within about an hour that I had the highest bid on the tractor. I was given instructions to wire the amount of $14,200.00 to UVS Auto Express LLC, Benefeciary Account Number 839829303, Receiving Bank Chase, ABA Number 0210000211. I went to my bank and obtained a wire through my bank on 6/15/22, and received a completion confirmation on 6/15/22 at 2:16:11 PM. Shipping was scheduled with me thru email on Thursday, June 16, 2022 for June 30, 2022 3:30-6:30 pm. I was to be called by the carrier 2 hrs. Prior to the earliest delivery time to guarantee availability to receive the product. I was to have an inspection period of 14 days for one 2012 John Deere 4720 tractor. Shipper: Milent Repo, LLC, Colorado Center Tower 2, Denver CO 80222, [email protected], phone 303/720-6290. Also llcmilentrepo.com. To date the tractor has never been delivered. The phones are not answered and go to voicemail. The phones at first said no one was available to take my call, leave a message. And all their auctions had ended as of July 1. There was one other email listed [email protected]. Also the name, Milentrepo, LLC. On July 6 I see other items they have now posted, including a $321,000 yacht. My wife was able to leave them a message from her phone but the call was never returned. My calls continue to be unreturned. My bank’s fraud department is investigating this transaction and has sent a request for the return of the money. Now my ability to get into the website is blocked altogether.
