I was promoted a hard printed Rand McNally road atlas. Instead, I received a PDF road atlas. I contacted the company and Amy said "the checkout page clearly indicates a digital book," however it was not clear. In fact, the video they use to promote the book shows people working in a printing press making the atlas. This is bait and switch.
