Website stats discounted quality clothes because they are moving to Spain.

Descriptions of clothes are not true. Bought a sweater that says it is cashmere when received polyester.

States they are located in Vancouver BC Canada. But they say (fine print) their offices are in Netherlands then if you request a refund all goes to China.

Refunds are not easy as stated. Refuse to pay for return costs and only willing to offer 20% return or 125% store credit.. however on website claiming store is closing. Took 2 weeks to get order and then 2 weeks to get approval via email they will give me 20% of my funds back.
