Metropolitandecor.com looks just like a legitimate online home goods and decor store so when I ordered 8 dining room chairs I felt secure in my purchase even though I wasn't familiar with the company. Shortly after placing my $2,000 order I received an email saying the chairs actually weren't in stock and would be back in 1 month. Now I can't get a hold of them. I have sent emails, left voicemails and chatted online. Months later, no chairs and no sign ill ever hear back. I did some research and it seems this is what they do to people. I am in disbelief.
