Just brought a pair of shoes that don’t fit

I just purchased a pair of shoes, I ordered a size 41 and this company mailed me the wrong size. I requested to mail it back but, they said it could probably get lost in the mail if I mailed back. In the meantime, they first offered me 10% then they offered me 25% which the price of me paying for the shipping to get the shoes originally. They keep my $37.29. How does company stay in business like this they made the mistake to send me the wrong size shoes. And they take the profit and don’t want to make things right with the customer. Buyer beware they want the business but don’t want to own up to when they make a mistake and then they want to give you a coupon that’s lower than the cost of the shoes so they profit from you money and you lose out. It’s not fair. And this is first time ordering from them. They just lost me as a customer.

We never received our boots we ordered from Meiko shoes.It has been almost 3 months they keep sending updates but nothing has arrived.

My husband ordered shoes from this website, they took a long time to come and then they don't look like the picture. The return policy states 50 day easy return/refund policy. Absolutely not true. They offered 10%, 15%, 30% refund and if I wanted to return it would cost $35. It only cost $8.99 to get here.

I ordered a pair of shoes that cost $51.34 from Meikoshoes on December 27, 2020 and they took the money and it still says Unfilled I just want my money back i have emailed twice and there has been no response as of yet. They use Pay Pal i have also reached out to them I don't have an account with Pay Pal it is hard to even speak with someone are get some help. Payment Zjzm CO LTD I want the transaction returned how is it that they may keep my money Please help
