*** ****, who passed several years ago, received a letter to our office. It stated a relative passed and that there is an unclaimed "Accidental Death Benefit" of $13,600,000.00 available for him to claim. It stated, however, that 10% would go to a charitable donation and then the law office and Mr. **** would split the rest 50/50.

Received a letter in US mail. Letter informs reader that they are related to the late Mr. Norbert MC and no living relatives can be located. Letter indicates that since the recipients name is the same as the deceased they can become the estate claimant and split the proceeds with Richard McKay fifty fifty. The letter asks for the recipient to contact via email or telephone for further information. Recipient of this scam letter did NOT reach out. This report was made and the letter was shredded.
