The scammer used the name Stephanie Lombardo, but she sounded more like someone who is not of Italian-American ancestry. My name was spoken by computer, and my request was by the same recorded voice of an African-American woman. The request to speak to them was ambiguous. Asking to reach out to them regarding my “account.”

I ignored all calls and block each subsequent number used.
