Report

On September 19, I purchased a 2023 Sierra from Mazed of Wesley Chapel (26944 Wesley Chapel Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544). They withheld information regarding several issues: a delay in the vehicle's ignition, an abnormal noise on the right side when parked, and an abnormal noise from the left door while driving at high speeds. Additionally, the vehicle came with only one key; I was promised the second key by September 22. However, on the 22nd, none of the three staff members who had assisted me answered my calls, and no one replied to the numerous messages I sent. I would now like to return the vehicle and am seeking your department's assistance. Thank you!
