I bought an item on mazdaswag's website for my car. It was delivered by UPS, at least that's what I thought. The driver posted a photo, but it only shows the ground and his foot on their tracking website, so I filed a claim. On their website it says the sender needs to file the claim. So, I contact mazdaswag through email and they emailed back saying they'll look into it. a couple weeks passed, and I got no reply from both mazdaswag and UPS so I called ups again and they said they already approved a claim by mazdaswag so I emailed mazdaswag again about it and they said they can't do anything about the lost package. I told them I saw on UPS' tracking website that they approved a claim, so UPS paid for the value of the package and the delivery fee if ever. Mazdaswag never gotten back to me after that, so I am now assuming they don't want to give my money back and they got paid the same amount by UPS. So, they got paid twice for an item that was never shipped to me, the receiver.
